Personal data protection of large research infrastructure MGML is regulated within the legal framework of the host institution, Charles University, namely Rector’s Directive No. 16/2018 - Principles and Rules of Personal Data Protection) and partner host institution - Methodology for application of GDPR rules, M/03). The regulations apply the principles and rules arising from the GDPR Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
