Talented students with an interest in physics from Gymnázium Christiana Dopplera have visited laboratories of MGML infrastructure. The excursion was focused on the presentation of MGML infrastructure and implemented single crystal growth techniques. The students spent many hours in the laboratories until late evening. All planned experiments were successful and students have produced nice single crystals by the Czochralski method and by floating zone method in mirror and laser furnace. The excursion was closed by a discussion with the students and their possible scientific activities in MGML and, in near future, as students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics. The MGML staff has offered to students a series of topics and projects in the field of condensed matter physics experiments, theory, or instrumental development on which students can already start to work in MGML within the program of SOC (Secondary school professional activity).
