The angular measurement of the investigated property may reveal additional information about the studied compound for some of the methods, the possibility to rotate the sample stage is crucial.

To provide an additional degree of freedom, the MGML provides angular measurements of the following properties at various temperatures and fields:

• magnetization - at ambient (torque magnetometry) and hydrostatic pressures
• heat capacity
• electrical resistivity
